Just...why would I want to eat kiwi skin in the first place?

If you want skin that's less intense to eat, look for aureate or yellowish kiwi. These varieties take a smoother, thinner pare, Moon says, that are more than pleasant to consume if yous don't want to feel similar you're just chowing down on straight-upwards hair. (Fun fact: Yellow kiwi take twice as much vitamin C every bit their dark-green counterparts!)
